Lewin conceptualized change as a three-step process. The last step in this process is the refreezing the new state of being within the organization.

Choose a change initiative within your organization and evaluate the effectiveness using the following:
- Discuss the culture of the current organization using the material in Northouse.

- What is the leader’s role in this cultural shift?
- How successful was the leader in this change initiative?
