Description An altered state of consciousness involves a change in our awareness, which may occur during sleep, meditation, hypnosis, or drug use. In this assignment, you will explore the topic of altered states of consciousness by using reflection, the practice of connecting and constructing meaning from experiences. In this case, your experience will be derived from experiences of which you may be reminded. Objectives: Explain the relationship between altered states of consciousness and culture.
